Environmentally focused, we work with considered construction methods and recycled materials in a post global warming world. Established in 2015 as a practice to work on bespoke housing work.

Fees are percentage based against the agreed construction value and subject to the client’s brief. New build from concept to construction will be charged at 12% with construction support to be negotiated as required. Alteration and addition work, which is more complex, is charged at 15%. Furniture design fees to be discussed subject to project size.

Stanley Gethin works with clients to achieve a brief and design together. Clients with their own designs can seek a suitable drafts person for this service.
